Naejangsan Park is charming in autumn
Naejangsan Park encompasses the Naejangsan Mountain Range and is one of the best places to see autumn leaves in Korea. Naejangsan has many attractions such as Dodeok Falls and Geumseon Falls. Along with two ancient temples, Baegyangsa and Naejangsa, located peacefully in the primeval forest. The park is open from 6am to 7pm. The entrance fee is only 3,000 gained (about 56,000 VND).
Naejangsan Temple
After entering Naejangsan Park , just a 5-minute walk, you will arrive at Naejangsan Temple. In autumn, the temple grounds are covered with yellow leaves, creating a poetic and peaceful scene. Another interesting spot is the Yaksuteo Well. You can drink fresh water directly from the well in free cups. Deeper into the park are the two waterfalls Dodeok and Geumseon. Dodeok Falls cascades down the cliff, creating a relaxing sound.

Geumseon Falls is notable for its stream of water that is said to have been the place where gods once bathed. The nearby Baekyangsa Temple is serene with lush rows of Gulgeori trees. Jeongeup is the nearest station to Naejangsan. The train ticket from Seoul to Jeongeup is 39,500 won, about 735,000 VND. Travel time is about 2 to 3 hours, depending on the type of train you choose. From Jeongeup station, you can take a bus or taxi to Naejangsan. You can also choose to travel by cable car to see the full autumn scenery of Naejangsan. The cable car ride will take about 20 minutes.
